Shipping Policy
All our natural skincare products are sent to customers via Canada Post/Fedex/UPS. Your shipping information will be sent to your via email once your purchase has been made. It is worth pointing out that shipping can be done both locally and internationally.
The amount it takes for your item to arrive at its destination depends on the distance from the place of shipment. Local deliveries often take approximately two days. Items that are sent within the province are likely to take up to 3 days before delivery, while those that are sent nationally may take up to 5 days.
If you are ordering from the United States of America, you can expect to have your item delivered within 4 to 13 business days. Items that are sent to other international destinations may take up to 20 days before arrival.
In case of a delay in delivery, feel free to get in touch with us for assistance. We will be able to advise on what to do next. Note that some items are tracked while others are not.
If your package is sent with the tracking tool, Canada Post/Fedex/UPS will be able to trace it and identify its exact location at the time of inquiry. To find your package’s tracking number, have a look at your receipt or shipping label. The tracking number consists of 13 characters that include both letters and numbers.
Most if not all of our packages will have a tracking number, that way we can keep you informed about the location of your package
In most cases, the package is under the authority of Canada Post/Fedex/UPS. That means you can send them an inquiry and have them trace your package. In case of an error in address, Canada Post/Fedex/UPS may decide to price the package and return it to us. They may also discard or sell it if they are unable to find the correct address. We cannot offer any shipping refunds. We do not provide any refunds for any products shipped from Etsy.
